Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any AI automation services provided by Tejasvee Automation.

Acceptance Services Client responsibilities Fees & payment Intellectual property Confidentiality Third-party platforms Warranties & disclaimers Limitation of liability Termination Governing law Changes Contact

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, or by engaging Tejasvee Automation ("we", "us", "our") for AI automation, chatbot, or workflow-automation services, you ("the client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of services

Tejasvee Automation designs, builds, and maintains AI-powered automations, including but not limited to chat and voice agents, workflow automation, data and reporting automation, CRM and sales automation, document and operations automation, and custom AI integrations, as described on our Services page. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, quote, or statement of work agreed with the client before work begins.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide timely, accurate access to the systems, accounts, and data required to build the agreed automation
  • Ensure you have the legal right to share any data or content provided to us for the purpose of building the automation
  • Review and test deliverables within the timeframe specified in the project proposal
  • Maintain your own accounts with any third-party platforms (for example Meta Business Manager, WhatsApp Business, CRMs, or AI providers) required for the automation to run

4. Fees & payment

Fees for our services are quoted per project and confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in a signed proposal:

  • An upfront deposit is required before work commences
  • Remaining milestone or final payments are due as specified in the project proposal
  • Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work or support
  • Costs for third-party subscriptions, API usage, or hosting required to run the automation are the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the quote

See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final, fully-paid deliverables (custom workflows, configurations, and documentation built specifically for the client) transfers to the client upon full payment. Tejasvee Automation retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and general methodologies used to deliver the work, and may reuse non-client-specific components in future projects. Any third-party software, platforms, or AI models used within the solution remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licensing terms.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or customer information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

7. Third-party platforms

Our automations frequently rely on third-party platforms such as Meta Business Tools (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business Platform), Google services, CRMs, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, feature removals, or account restrictions imposed by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to adapt affected automations where possible, which may be billed as additional work depending on scope.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested automations, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly where a solution depends on third-party platforms outside our control. Automations are provided "as is" following handover, and any ongoing monitoring or support beyond the agreed project scope is available only under a separate support or retainer agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tejasvee Automation's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from the use of an automation we built or from third-party platform failures.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, as specified in the project proposal or support agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations mid-project.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India/Maharashtra, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
